Senior Executive, General Ledger
Manage full accounts, monthly reports, fixed assets, reconciliations, audits, month-end closing, coordinate with departments, and perform ad hoc finance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts independently and prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and notes to accounts.
Manage the fixed assets register, including acquisitions, write-offs, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
Perform fixed asset analyses, prepare audit schedules, and assist auditors with inquiries.
Manage month-end and quarterly closing processes.
Oversee the annual audit process and tax submissions; liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and statutory bodies.
Coordinate with management and various departments on financial matters.
Execute ad hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general ledger, finance, or accounting operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, fixed assets management, and ledger reconciliations.
Proficient in accounting systems/ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
