Senior Executive, Concept Activations
Support product launches and brand activation campaigns by planning, coordinating teams and vendors, creating campaign materials, tracking performance, reporting insights & ensuring smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch Execution:
Support the planning and execution of product launch campaigns.
Ensure all launch activities are aligned with product and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deliver all campaign elements on time.
Creative Activation Development:
Contribute ideas and proposals for brand-aligned activation campaigns.
Assist in creating mock-ups, presentation decks, and campaign materials.
Deliver creative assets that drive engagement and reflect brand value.
Project Continuity & Tracking:
Maintain momentum of ongoing projects by tracking progress and resolving minor issues.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign status and milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams for cohesive execution.
Facilitate clear communication and documentation across departments.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track campaign results and compile performance reports.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving future activations.
Administrative & Logistical Support:
Manage meeting schedules, budget tracking, and resource coordination.
Maintain well-documented records of all campaign elements and logistics.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product, brand activation, or campaign management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in executing product launches and marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
Skilled in creating campaign materials, mock-ups, and presentations.
Experience tracking campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
