Job Description
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by end-users.
Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, remote tools, or in-person.
Document and track technical problems, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the helpdesk system.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, products, and IT services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex IT-related problems.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, and systems.
Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance.
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning.
Job Requirement:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
Fresh graduates or individuals with internship experience in IT are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating system, and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer service mindset.
