Officer, Distribution Centre (Operation)
We are seeking an Officer to support operational efficiency and day-to-day warehouse activities across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to complete generate DO daily (Mr.Diy/Mr.Toy/Mr.Dollar).
Prepare new outlet reorder.
Record all cancellation outlet on daily schedule and report.
Updating receiving (Brunei / Singapore/ Ecom).
Prepare Singapore / Brunei / Ecom reorder follow schedule.
Prepare Own Use order.
Be required by arrangement tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.
Will advise time to time on job scope based on management discretion and any work related with the
Department.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business, Logistics, Retail, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks such as generating DOs, preparing reorders, and updating records.
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory, or warehouse management systems).
Good communication skills to coordinate with different outlets and departments.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
