Retail Development Manager
Focus on high-level leadership coaching for Regional Managers (RM) and Area Managers (AM) to strengthen strategic thinking, leadership integrity, and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site coaching and leadership assessments for RMs and AMs
Provide guidance on strategic decision-making, people management, and integrity standards
Observe leadership behaviour during store visits and regional operations
Identify gaps in leadership effectiveness and recommend corrective development actions
Collaborate with HR and Training Unit on leadership development programs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations or leadership coaching, preferably with exposure to senior management coaching.
Expertise in leadership coaching and assessment for senior management (RM/AM).
Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.
Ability to identify leadership gaps and recommend actionable development plans.
Collaborative skills to work with HR and Training Unit on leadership programs.
Confident, persuasive, and able to coach senior leaders effectively.
High integrity and professionalism.
Analytical and observant in assessing leadership behaviours.
