Digitalization & SOP Executive
We are seeking an Executive to support operational documentation by coordinating with internal teams, ensuring clear, updated processes, proper version control, and consistency across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
SOP Drafting & Documentation:
Draft and update SOPs, guidelines, and work instructions based on inputs from RTM, HQ dpts, and store teams.
Translate operational activities into clear, structured, and easy-to-follow documents
Ensure all SOPs follow the organization’s formatting, clarity, and version control standards.
2. Process Mapping & Validation:
Conduct basic workflow mapping to capture actual store practices.
Verify procedures with relevant stakeholders before publication.
Identify inconsistencies, missing steps, or ambiguity in current processes
SOP Governance & Version Control:
Maintain a centralized repository of all SOPs and ensure proper document classification.
Track due updates, review timelines, and department approvals
Ensure outdated documents are archived and replaced properly
Rollout & Communication:
Coordinate SOP release communications to store teams and relevant departments.
Assist in preparing summary sheets, change logs, or “what’s new” notes for easier adoption.
Support clarity by answering store queries related to SOP instructions
Compliance Support:
Work with COA and Operations to ensure SOPs reflect actual on-ground practices.
Provide document-based support during audits, checks, and operational reviews.
Highlight areas where processes deviate from documented standards.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Operations, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years in retail or similar role, with knowledge in process improvement, project management, or strategic planning.
Skills:
Strong writing, structuring, and editing ability.
Good attention to detail and consistency.
Proficient at mapping simple workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic document formatting.
Mindset: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to driving excellence across teams.
