Digitalization & SOP Senior Executive
We’re looking for a hands-on digital workflow specialist to design and optimize automated Lark solutions, turning business needs into structured workflows across HQ and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workflow Design & Development (Lark Ecosystem)
Assist in drafting and building of Lark workflows, including Bases, Forms, Approvals, Bots, and process automations.
Translate operational needs into structured digital solutions with clear logic, data structure, and usability.
2. System Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Review existing digital workflows and propose enhancements to reduce inefficiencies.
Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure solutions function correctly before rollout.
3. Cross-functional Requirement Gathering
Engage HQ departments and Operations teams to gather process requirements.
Map workflows, identify gaps, and convert business needs into functional digital steps.
Support stakeholders in aligning their processes with digitalized solutions.
4. Rollout, Training & Adoption
Assist in training sessions, workshops, and onboarding for store teams and HQ users.
Prepare clear documentation, user guides, and release notes.
Monitor adoption rates and troubleshoot barriers to implementation.
5. Data Quality & Governance
Ensure Lark Bases and workflows maintain clean, accurate, and standardized data.
Track workflow performance, identify errors, and escalate issues when needed.
6. Support & Issue Management
Provide second-level support for escalated Lark issues (beyond basic user queries).
Troubleshoot workflow failures, automation issues, and logic inconsistencies.
Coordinate with Lark support or internal IT for complex technical matters.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Systems, or relevant fields.
2–3 years in digitalization, process improvement, operations systems, or workflow management.
Ability to map end-to-end processes and convert them into digital workflows.
Data structuring, logic building, and process design.
Good communication and training skills, especially for retail users.
Analytical mindset with troubleshooting ability.
Strong proficiency in Lark tools is preferred (Base, Forms, Approvals, Automation, Workspace apps).
Resourceful, proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of technical workflows.
